This pu erh cake was produced by Jing Ye Hao in 2005. Composed of wild yiwu pu erh material, this 125g machined pressed cake is a rare treat for pu erh tea drinkers and collectors looking for wild yiwu material. I was told that there were only 2 productions of this cake, one in 2001 and the other being 2005.
I had purchased this cake from a Guangzhou tea collector friend. His tea storage room is very clean and dry filled to the max with pu erh tea. As this tea cake is machined compressed, almost like an iron cake, you would need your tea tools to open the tea cake.
Be warned that this tea packs a punch. Good mouth feel and salivation. Very smooth with a strong chi that will last a good few minutes even after a tea session of this tea. This tea will easily brew 10-12 strong infusions easily . Overall aroma and taste is strong.
1 tea cake, 125 g, with every unit order.
