2006 Jiu Long Raw Pu erh Cake

This is a 2006 Jiu Long tea factory raw cake.  This tea is composed of Menghai material. The taste and aroma is  dry floral herbal with a slightly sweet aftertaste.  Smooth, mellow and sweet.    Already 15 years old, this tea had been stored in Singapore and well kept in a clean and dry storage.

The tea has a blend of silver buds which adds an additional complexity of flavour to the tea.  Mouth watering and it gives a warming sensation after a tea session.  Good for 10 infusions. I would recommend you break the tea up into pieces and storing the tea in tea caddy.  This ‘awakening of tea’ will fully bring out the aroma of the tea.
