This 2007 raw pu erh cake is produced by Mengku tea factory. Harvested in spring, This Mengku cake is very aromatic. The dry floral fragrance is evident when I was breaking up a cake to store in my tea caddy. This tea is strong. Smooth, mellow and sweet. There is a good complexity of dried floral and herbs with a pleasant sweet aftertaste. You can get a dozen brews of strong dark amber tea from a tea session of this cake. This cake is upsized at 400g which you gives you even more bang for your buck. This tea had been stored in Singapore for more than 12 years.
