Haiwan tea factory produced a series of premium teas in 2009 and this 400g cake was considered as the best ripe pu erh cake produced in that series. Using higher grade tea leaves grown from 1200m alttude, this tea is very smooth and exude good herbal and a fresh bread aroma. This vintage is highly sought and remains a very hard to find tea in the pu erh tea community. Purchased from Guangzhou in 2010 and stored in Singapore.
