Shipping & Delivery

  1. Your order will be shipped from Singapore.  All orders will be shipped airmailed and registered.  Your order will be shipped within 3 business days and would normally reach you in 2-3 weeks.
  1. Flat shipping rate of US$10 will be applied to all orders.  Free shipping to local Singapore addresses.
  1. If you like to have your order shipped via EMS or Fedex/DHS, please contact us for separate shipping quotes.
  1. Please check with your local authorities on regulations and requirements regarding tea and teaware being shipped to your country.  We will not be responsible if your order is detained by your country’s regulators. No refund will be issued in this instance.
  1. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.  We will only provide a refund for any products returned to us in their original and unopened condition. You will receive the refund once we receive the goods.

Return shipping are to be paid by the customer, unless we shipped the wrong item, in which case we will reimburse.

If you receive a damaged product, please provide photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  1. We do not ship to APOs and FPOs.  We will also make a full refund if the post office of Singapore do not deliver to your country.
